Ozymandias
"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"
These are the words that Shelley put into the mouth of Ozymandias, and they probably reflect his attitude pretty well. Ozymandias was Rameses II, the Egyptian pharaoh who clashed with none other than Moses. Even as pharaohs go, he was a bit of a prima donna.
Here we see not Ozymandias himself, but his indistinct reflection in some shiny textured surface as he adores himself. Nice eye shadow.
The colors are gold (of course) and the blue of the lapis lazuli that the ancient Egyptians used to decorate their idols and funeral paraphernalia.
Today, Ozymandias is sealed in a glass box, looking considerably the worse for wear.
